Radiators, Valves & Power Flush
Cold spots at the bottom of a radiator or noisy pipework usually mean a system full of sludge. We fit and move radiators, replace valves, and power flush central heating so it heats evenly and lasts longer.

Bathroom Fitting (Bespoke)
New bathrooms and en-suites planned and fitted to your space — plumbing, tiling and finishing done properly. We're used to working in Victorian houses, small spaces and limited access, and we stay flexible until it's right.

Kitchen Plumbing
Dishwashers and washing machines, sinks, taps and drainage — plumbed in neatly and tested. Whether it's a single boiling-water tap or the plumbing for a whole new kitchen, it's run in tidily and left working.

Underfloor Heating
New underfloor heating in a kitchen, extension or whole floor — pipework laid out evenly across the manifold, connected up and commissioned so it runs as it should. Warmth underfoot, done right the first time.

Electric Shower Installation
When an electric shower packs up, we can source a replacement and fit it fast — often supplied and working the same day. Plumbed and installed cleanly, tested and left ready to use.

Emergency Call-out (24-hour)
A leak with water pouring out on a Sunday, a burst pipe, no heating or no hot water — we take emergency call-outs 24 hours a day. We arrive at the time advised, explain the cause and what's needed, and fix it quickly.
